Metal pontoons with plastic floats are really multipurpose as they can be anchored with chains and piles or can be set firmly on piles as gangways. They are much cheaper in mounting and maintenance than concrete hydraulic work and for sure environment friendly.

FIXED PONTOONS
Our Company is not only a floating pontoon specialist! We can offer a complete range of fixed pontoons or board walks where suitable. Modules: 1 to 6 meters in length with a load capacity of between 200 and 500 kg/m2. Span length between supports can be configured to reduce piling cost.
Our Pontoons need low maintenance and keep constant buoyancy in the time.
TECHNICAL DATAAll Pontoons are equipped with cable ducts for electric power and water pedestals, mooring systems and accessories integrated into a pontoon. The pontoon as well as the finger structure consist of a welded and hot dip zinc-plated steel frame, adequately wind-braced. The frame is equipped with reaction diagonal profiles placed on the connection side to the pontoon.
The finger is connetced to the pontoon through joints knees. The materials used for construction are chosen sepcifically to ensure that the end product will be robust, solid and need no maintenance at all; the floats are made of synthetic resin over a core of self-extinguishing closed cell expanded polysterene, the top is decked over with plastic staves.And the steel hot galvanized frames of the "SUN MARINA" pontoon are extremly durable and are resistant to the corrosive action of seawater. Specially designed load-bearing structure smoothly distributes external impacts.
Deck can be chosen between natural Teak and plastic staves in two different tonalities that in the dunnage are randomly mixed in order to reproduce the natural coloration of the wood. Deck consist of removable modular panels, allowing therefore the access to the below part in which there are water and power supply systems.
